GENERAL INFORMATION SUMMARY

6″ – Recommended for 6-8 pax

8″ – Recommended for 10-15 pax 

10″ – Recommended for 25-35 pax 

– $10 delivery charge (Deliveries to Sentosa @ $5 surcharge)

– Available Delivery Time Slots: Monday to Sunday

– 9am-12pm, 12pm-3pm, 3pm-6pm, 6pm-9pm (Not available on Public Holidays)

– Collection Timings will be from 10am onwards till 4pm.

I can’t make it in time to receive my delivery. What should I do?

– Please kindly inform us at least 2 hours in advance and any postponement will result in additional delivery charges being incurred. Customers are also able to nominate another to collect on your behalf as long as it is within the stipulated time.

Can someone collect my order on my behalf?

– Most definitely, however, it is also important to inform us at least 1 day in advance with the details (Name and Contact) of the person collecting on your behalf

Can I engage my own courier to collect for me?

– Yes, However, we will not be responsible once the bake is handed over to the courier. (A Pre-move off pic will be taken after hand over and sent to customer to verify the condition to avoid any misunderstandings)

ORDERING LEAD TIME ENQUIRIES

Our Standard bakes have a 3 day ordering lead time.  

For any last minute orders, do contact us via our direct line. No guarantees, but we will do our utmost!

We are sorry but Payment will need to be made in advance prior to confirmation.

PAYMENT TERMS

We currently accept payment via Direct bank Transfer/ Paynow, with the official invoice being sent to you once payment has come throught. Shortly, Our online store will begin accepting credit and debit card payments via Paypal. 

CAKE AND STORAGE ENQUIRIES

Buttercream is soft and creamy at room temperature. The cake should be displayed in an air-con room (at least 20 degrees) for up to 4 hours. It is not recommended to display or store cakes without air-conditioning.- If refrigerated, please thaw it at room temperature for approx. 30-60min or until cream is soft to touch. Do not consume straight from the fridge as it will be crumbly and hard to cut. Leftovers can be kept in the fridge in an air-tight container up to 3 days.

Fresh cream cakes should be kept refrigerated (4-10 degrees) till time of consumption. Leftovers can be kept in the fridge in an air-tight container up to 3 days

DIETARY REQUIREMENT ENQUIRIES

Our bakes are SFA Certified and Halal

We are truly sorry but we currently do not have any certified vegan or gluten-free products.

As Some of our bakes contains nuts even in minute amounts, it would not be recommended to serve individuals that may have severe nut allergies as we are not able to guarantee that our products are 100% nut free.

  • Why Yes of Course, as our bakes do have a 3 day lead time prior to us prepping your bakes, pls do update us in the remarks/ comments Box on your check out page to inform us so we would know not to add our usual amount for your bake.
    (Disclaimer: Reducing the sugar amount would alter the taste and texture of the finished product)

CANCELLATION

Cancellation of orders after 24hours will not be possible once the order is placed.

For postponement of orders, the request needs to be sent in at least 2 working days prior to the collection/ delivery date.
